Management Team

 

Kristian Siem (Chairman) is the founder of the Siem Group and has been Director of the Company since 1982 and the Chairman since 2003. He is chairman of Subsea 7 S.A., Siem Shipowning Inc.,  Star Reefers Inc. and Siem Offshore Inc. and a director on the boards of Seven Yield Holding Pte. Ltd. and Frupor S.A. He is a Norwegian citizen.

 

Michael Delouche is the Honorary President of Siem Industries S.A. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structures) and an MBA and was a manager with KPMG prior to joining the Siem Group in 1991. He is a US citizen.

 

Jørgen Westad is the President and the Secretary of Siem Industries S.A. He is also a Director of Siem Europe S.à r.l., Deusa GmbH, EMGS ASA and BSR Holdings Ltd.

Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2015, he was CFO for a privately held shipping company as well as working as a commercial and investment banker at Hambros Bank Ltd and Bankers Trust Company. He holds a B.Eng in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding and an MSc in Management Studies.

He is a Norwegian citizen, resident in Luxembourg.

 

Glenn Pettersen is the Chief Financial Officer of the Siem Group. He is also Chairman of Siem Car Carriers.

Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2011, he has worked for Norges Bank Investment Management and with investment banking in Danske Bank. He holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration and a MSc in Financial Economics.

He is a Norwegian citizen.

 

Kenneth Ross is CEO of Siem Shipowning Inc., Star Reefers Inc. and Siem Car Carriers AS.

Mr. Ross is Chairman of Seven Yield Holding Pte. Ltd, and BSR Holdings Ltd. He is a UK citizen.

 

Svein Andresen is the Financial Controller of the Siem Group. Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2018, he worked for PwC as an audit partner. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration and is a certified public accountant.

He is a Norwegian citizen.
