The Group controls 100% of Siem Car Carriers (“SCC”).

“Verona” and “Dresden” each have a capacity for 4,300 cars plus 400 high and heavy units. Verona and Dresden are currently on charter through 2014.

Siem Kapital AS in Norway is the vessels’ commercial management and STAR Reefers Poland is the technical manager.

Siem Car Carriers operates global liner services, specializing in the movement of cars, roll on roll off (RO-RO), high, wide and heavy (OHW), break bulk and project cargo between North America, Europe, and Asia. We pride ourselves in offering professional, reliable, high quality, and personalized shipping services. With set shipping routes and predictable scheduling, our liner services allow our clients to plan their transport requirements with confidence. Siem Car Carriers operates a Pacific service between the United States, Mexico, Russia, Japan, China and South Korea, a Southeast Asia route which services all of Asia and connects Southeast Asia to North America and an Atlantic Service which connects the United States, Mexico and Northern Europe. Siem Car Carriers is also the owner of two 2000-built car carriers and has contracts with Uljanik Shipyard in Croatia, for the construction of three 7,000 CEU PCTC vessels to be delivered in the second half of 2016 and the first and second quarters of 2017. The contracted price was EUR46 million, or the equivalent of $52.8 million at the time. The vessels will be deployed in the liner service which is operated by the Company.
